You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement only when, through the proven fault of GREEKSPIRATION.COM or the courier company that undertook the shipment, the wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in invoicing, shipment, etc.) and in all cases in which there was a problem / actual defect or alteration in the product upon receipt.
The customer has the choice either from the beginning not to accept the receipt of the product or, after receiving it, to return the product, within 14 days from the day of delivery. What should be noted is that in all cases the products must be returned in the condition they were delivered, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product. In case they are not returned within 14 days GREEKSPIRATION.COM has the right not to accept any refund or replacement of products.
