Hades. God of the Underworld, darkness and oblivion. Hades is also called Pluto because it is connected to the interior of the earth that gives its fruits and all its rich minerals. At the entrance to the Underworld stood a mythical monster, Cerberus, in the form of a dog with three heads. Hermes as a psychotransmitter transferred the souls to Hades where as a judge he rendered just punishments. As Pluto connected with the euphoria of the earth and the myth of the abduction of Persephone, he has a dominant in the allegory life-death-resurrection.
